Errors are thrown when undoing inserted LOD levels
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Add LOD Group component to Main camera
3. Insert maximum amount of LOD levels
4. Press Ctrl + Z until errors appear in console
5. Errors are thrown in console and it's impossible to expand LOD Group component in Inspector
