Errors appear when Copying the Child of one Prefab onto another Prefab's Child when its parent is present in Prefab Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "PrefabIssueExampleProject.zip" Project
2. Copy "SubSphereB" GameObject from "CubeB.prefab"
3. Paste it under "CubeA Variant.prefab" > "test" > "Cube"
4. Save the Prefab Variant
Expected Behavior: The Prefab Variant is saved without Errors
Actual Behavior: The Prefab Variant is saved with Errors
Reproducible with: 2018.3.12f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.1.3f1, 2019.2.0a10, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a9
