Error when opening Player Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project (Personal Edition)
2. Open Player Settings
3. Observe the errors in Console Window:
Assertion failed: Failed to find UnitySplash-cube-personal.png
UnityEditor.PlayerSettingsEditor:OnEnable()
Expected result: Errors should be thrown
Actual result: Unity throws the errors
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0f1
Not reproduced with: 2017.1.0b10
