Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Install the Deployment Services Package from the Package Manager
3. From the Package Manager download any Sample from the Deployment Services page and import it

Actual results: Errors are logged in Console:

"Unexpected transport error from import worker 0. code=10054 error=An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

"Unexpected transport error from import worker 0. code=10054 error=An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

Expected results: No errors when importing Samples

Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a22, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a4 (1.4.1)

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.58f1, 2023.1.20f1

Can't test with versions: 2023.2.0a21 (Services Core package doesn't work in this and lower versions)
