Error Message with length of multiple screen sizes is generated when creating a Prefab with over the limit name length
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "Exploratory.zip" Project
2. Drag the only GameObject to the Project View to create a Prefab
3. Observe the appeared Error
Expected Behaviour: The Error Message is Wrapped as much as it can be
Actual Behaviour: The Error Message is written in one line
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a9
Does not reproduce on MacOS
