Error is thrown when trying to extract FBX Materials in the Packages folder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1199143-Project.zip"
2. Select the "M_BaseHuman" FBX file in the Project Window (Packages->IG - Package Text->Content)
3. In the Materials tab click on Extract Materials
4. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: Materials are extracted without an error
Actual result: An error ("Couldn't create asset file!") is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.35f1 (Package Manger doesn't exist)
