Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Select the Audio file in the Project Browser
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: An error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a20, 2021.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a19
