ENABLE_VSTU define is missing
Reproduction steps:
1. Have Visual Studio 2019 and its "Visual Studio Unity Tools" plugin installed
2. Open attached project "ProjectFileGeneration.zip"
3. In Project window, open Assets -> Editor -> SupressCompilerWarnings.cs
4. In script editor, observe lines 4 to 24
Expected result: Code inside #if ENABLE_VSTU block is enabled
Actual result: Code inside #if ENABLE_VSTU block is disabled
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.0a14
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1 (errors break project)
