Empty previews when hovering on scripts with no visible UI elements in UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> UI Toolkit -> UI Builder
3. In the Library, go to Project -> UxmlTraits -> UnityEngine
4. Hover on the "TabbedView" or "TabButton" and observe the preview
Expected results: There is no preview or it displays something
Actual results: The preview is empty
Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.27f1, 6000.1.0a4
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
We are reviewing how our UI/UX is built in a general sense and will take this issue as feedback, but as this appears to be a non-blocking issue and a use-case didn't accompany the bug, we are closing this as won't fix.
