Empty HDRP Wizard window is initialised when entering the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Open the "Window -> Rendering -> HDRP Wizard" window from the menu
3. Enter the Play Mode in any Scene
Expected result: No additional HD RP Wizard windows are opened
Actual result: WIth each entering the Play Mode, a new empty HD RP Wizard window is initialised
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.14f1), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a11), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b11), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1), 12.0.0 (2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a10)
Note:
- The issue is reproducible only when at least one HDRP Wizard window is already opened
- Issue seems to reproduce on script recompilation as well
