Elements in the Library tab of the UI Builder window are not aligned
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “MisalignedToolbarItems.zip” project
2. Open “MisalignedToolbarItems.uxml” file
3. Observe the alignment of elements in the “Library”
Expected result: Elements in all the tabs are aligned
Actual result: Elements are not aligned
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0a18
Reproduced on: macOS 13.6.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
