How to reproduce:
# Create a new visual effect
# Drag it to the scene
Expected result: Simple particle system effect is playing
Actual result: Effect is not present only icon shows up in the scene
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a6
Notes:
There is not 2023.1.0a7 version in saihai so I assume that regression point is 2023.1.0a6 -> 2023.1.0a8
Particles are invisible in build too
