[Terrain in Editor][EditTree] Property changes are applied instantly and as a result apply button does nothing
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Notice cubes placed on terrain using tree tools
4. Select terrain and open tree tools
5. Select "Cube" which is found among trees and edit it
6. Set "Tree prefab" to sphere
7. Do not press "Apply" and close edit window
8. Notice that changes are saved
