[EditorWindow] [Mac] Floating window disappears and not brought back by Window/Bring All to Front
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Open any floating window (e.g. any option from "window" or three dots in existing tab and "UIElements debugger")
3. Click the editor
Expected result: The floating window does not disappear
Actual result: The floating window disappears
Reproducible with: 2018.3.10f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.3.9f1

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
The current behavior is the intended one. The user can retrieve the windows sent back by using the menu command Window->Bring All To Front
