EditorSceneManager.sceneOpening is called when opening scene with invalid path
To reproduce:
EditorSceneManager.sceneOpening += SceneIsOpeningCallback;
Assert.Throws<ArgumentException>(() => EditorSceneManager.OpenScene("some/invalid/scene/path", mode));
Actual result: EditorSceneManager.sceneOpening event fires when trying to open scene with invalid path.
