EditorApplication.isPlayingOrWillChangePlaymode returns false
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the scene
3. Press play
4. You will see "We're being disabled, and Playmode is NOT changing" despite the fact that we clearly ARE changing play mode

When I click the "Play" button in the Unity Editor isPlayingOrWillChangePlaymode is false but should be true for example in the method OnDestroy( ) in a script that is set [ExecuteInEditMode].
