Editor World/WorldTime disappears when Entering and Exiting Play Mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Make sure Hierarchy V2 is enabled (Unity > Settings > General > Use new Hierarchy window)
- Install the Entities package (com.unity.entities)
- Enter Play Mode
- Exit Play Mode
- Observe the Hierarchy window
Actual results: Editor World/WorldTime is no longer in the Hierarchy window
Expected results: Editor World/WorldTime is in the Hierarchy window
Reproducible with versions: 60005.0a7, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0a6 (due to no Editor World/WorldTime functionality)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
Notes:
- Restarting the Editor makes the Editor World/WorldTime reappear
