Editor windows do not reload after switching the project and then switch back to the original project
Steps to reproduce :
- open the project
- go to Smooth Moves > Tools > Control Panel
- dock the custom editor
- open a new project, notice the Editor Window not loaded message
- reopen the project Smooth Moves and notice that the Editor Window is not loaded
