Editor Window contents are not visible when opening it up
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ModalWindowBug.zip” project
2. Open the “My Window” Window, which is located under “Modal Window Bug” Menu Item in the top menu bar
3. Observe the Window
Expected result: The contents in the Window are instantly visible
Actual result: The contents of the Window are sometimes not visible
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a1
Reproducible on: M1 macOS 13.1
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Clicking on the Window makes the contents visible again
