Editor UI text gets blurry when enabling TextAlignment in Preferences Diagnostics settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Preferences and enable TextAlignment: Preferences > Diagnostics > TextRendering > TextAlignment
3. Close Editor
4. Open Editor and observe UI text
Expected result: Editor UI text stays the same
Actual result: Editor UI is blurry
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0a9 (No Diagnostics setting in Preferences)
