Editor throws multiple errors when trying to build project with IL2CPP
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "RTSPWebGLTest" project
2. Build project for Windows with IL2CPP backend
3. Observe Console
Expected result: Build completes successfully
Actual result: Build fails and throws errors
Reproduced with: 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.1.0a12
Could not test with 2017.4

Resolution Note (fix version 2018.3):
This issue was first corrected in 2018.3. Use a version of Unity 2018.3 or later to avoid it.
