[Editor] Reproduction for "Microsoft (R) Visual C# Compiler" Error message
Reproduction steps:
1. Download the user-submitted custom package
2. Create a new project
3. Import the package (Assets -> Import Package -> Custom Package...)
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: Visual C# Compiler error is thrown
Reproduces on: 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a4
Notes:
Not reproducible on Unity 2018.4 as importing the provided package throws Console errors
The issue does not reproduce on Unity 2020.2.0a5, it might be fixed, however, no duplicate was found

Resolution Note:
It seems it was accidentally fixed somehere between 2020.2.0a4 and 2020.2.0a5 versions of unity by some changes or refactoring. We'll take a look if we can find the fix and backport it to 19.4 LTS version of unity. Since we don't know the changeset (yet) we close this case as not reproducible.
