[Editor] Rename functionality for search filters doesn't work
Unable to rename search filters by double-clicking or using rename shortcut
Steps to Repro:
1. Create new or open attached project
2. Project window > right click project window tab
3. select two column layout
4. Favorites> select any filter
5. Double click on the filter name or press F2 for windows / Enter for Mac
Actual Result:
Rename functionality doesn't turn on
Expected Result:
Rename functionality should turn on double clicking the filter name or by hitting rename shortcut

Environment:
Windows 10, Mac 10.13
