Editor performance drops significantly when displaying Inspector for Timeline clips with Animation Curves
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the scene named "SampleScene"
3. Open the Timeline window (Window > Sequencing > Timeline)
4. Open the Profiler window (Window > Analysis > Profiler).
5. Select the "SuperDirector" object in the Scene
6. In the Timeline window, select the "Setting" clip on the bottom "Cube" track to display the Setting Clip in the Inspector window
7. Start recording in the Profiler (ensure it is set to Editor mode)
8. While keeping the clip selected, scrub the playhead across the Timeline and move it over the "Setting" clip
9. Observe the Profiler window
Expected result: No spikes exist
Actual result: Heavy spikes are present
Reproducible with: 1.8.1 (2022.3.66f1), 1.8.10 (6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 1.8.0 (2022.3.66f1)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
