[Editor][IL2CPP][UniversalRP] IL2CPP builds fail if UniversalRP package is installed in project
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IL2CPPFailRepro"
2. Make sure that IL2CPP is set as Scripting Backend
3. Build player
Expected result - Build is success
Actual result - Build fails with error message: "Exception: C:\Program Files\Installer\2020.1\2020.1.0a19_6995b659db2e\Editor\Data\il2cpp\build/deploy/net471/UnityLinker.exe did not run properly!"
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a20, 2020.1.0a19
Not reproducible with - 2020.1.0a18, 2020.1.0a17
Tested with UniversalRP 7.1.7, 7.1.8 packages
Note - Tested with Standalone Windows, Android builds
