Editor high CPU usage when in Pause Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "StealthBaiscV3.zip" project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Open Windows Task Manager
4. Inspect the CPU usage in Task Manager
5. Pause Play Mode
6. Inspect the CPU usage in Task Manager
7. Compare the CPU usage with previous results
Expected results: CPU usage decreases or stays the same
Actual result: CPU usage increases by 20-40%
Reproducible with: 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1 (many compiler errors)
