Editor hangs when importing certain .fbx files
Reproduction steps:
# Create a new project
# Import attached test.fbx
Expected result: Asset imports
Actual result: Editor hangs on “Importing (Busy for X seconds) …”
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a17, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0a16
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: This process could not be stopped, the only way to close the editor would be to end the task in OS
