Editor freezes when MoveAsset is used in Postprocess functions
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("MoveAsset_Test")
2. In Assets, right-mouse click on the model.fbx and select Reimport
Expected result: the model gets moved without the editor freezing
Actual result: editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9
