Editor freezes when changing ComputeShader parameters via Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1061332.zip" project
2. Play the Scene
3. Select Test GameObject from the Hierarchy
4. Try to change the Test Script Component Parameters in the Inspector window
5. Notice that Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a6
