"Editor Event Handler Error" error is thrown when using Terrain Tool shortcuts
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN_93866_ U6 Terrain Test" project
2. Navigate to GameObject > 3D Object > Terrain to add a new Terrain object
3. Select the Terrain object in the hierarchy or in scene view
4. Try using the Terrain Tools shortcuts by pressing (F2, F3, F4, or F6) + Fn key
5. Navigate to console and observe
Expected Results: Terrain Tools shortcuts should work properly
Actual Results: The console shows "Internal_CallGlobalEventHandler () " error
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2
Not Reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 2023.1.0a18
Reproducible on: MacOS 15.2 (M1 Max) and Windows 11
Not Reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- The issue occurs intermittently, with certain shortcuts triggering errors at random, while other shortcuts may function correctly.
- If a shortcut conflict appears, simply select any one of the listed commands and click "Perform Selected."
