Editor dropdown (EditorGUI.Popup) is immediately closed when selecting dropdown menu while moving the cursor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-79886“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. In the Hierarchy window select the “Text (TMP)“ GameObject
4. In the “TextMeshPro - Text (UI)“ component click Text Style dropdown window while moving the cursor
5. Observe the result
Expected result: The dropdown menu opens without any option being selected
Actual result: The input is registered as a click and drag, causing an option to be selected.
Reproducible in: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.10f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
