Editor doesn't launch and Hub minimizes to Tray when opening Project shortly after quitting the Editor
Steps to reproduce:
- Open or create any Project in Hub
- Quickly quit without saving
- Launch the Project again from Hub
Actual results: When opening the Project again quickly, Hub is minimized to tray and Project is not opened, users can open Hub again and launch the Project
Expected results: Project is immediately opened or pop-up is shown if the Project hasn't been closed yet from the previous session
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a5, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.0a4
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, doesn't seem to reproduce on macOS
