Editor does not inform the user that a project is located in an unsupported file system
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project in an unsupported file system (e.g. exFAT, FAT32)
Expected result: an error or warning message appears informing the user that the project is located in an unsupported file system
Actual result: the Editor does not inform the user that a file system is not supported
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20
