Editor crashes when setting ulong.MaxValue to RectTransform.anchorMax
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1119918_anchorMax.zip"
2. Open "TestMainScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with - 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0b1, 2019.2.0a3
Notes: Setting RectTransform.anchorMax to around 1000 000 000 000 000 (a million billions) causes a freeze instead of a crash
