Editor crashes silently when opening project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: The Editor crashes silently
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.35f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.2.0b1
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.2.0a16 (Library updates)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Note:
- deleting the Library seems to solve the issue

After investigating the issue, it was concluded that the error must be caused by a corrupted artifact database.
