Editor crashes in NVAPI_Thunk on entering Play mode when Additional Lights option in the Render Asset is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1217696"
2. Open the "Test Area" Scene in the _Scenes folder
3. If the project did not crash, disable and re-enable the "Arcade" gameObject in the Hierarchy window or enter Play mode
Expected result: Editor functions properly
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0a25
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1(No package manager)
Reproducible with package version: 4.10.0, 7.2.1, 9.0.0-preview.0
Graphics APIs tested: D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan
Notes:
1. For the issue to occur URP asset must have the "Cast Shadows" option under "Additional Lights" enabled for the issue to occur
2. The editor also crashes when loading the Scene or re-enabling certain game objects. Some times it will also crash when saving changes to the Scene
