Editor crashes at "vk_optimusGetDeviceProcAddr" when opening multiple Editor instances with graphics API set to Vulkan
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project and close the Editor
2. Go to the project's directory
3. Make 20 copies of the project's directory with all it's contents
4. Open every copy of the project in a separate instance of the Editor, without closing the previously opened instances
5. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a17
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Ubuntu 18.04
2. Not reproducible on Windows 10
3. Can also be reproduced on 3D and URP projects using Vulkan
4. The crash is likely caused by the system running out of VRAM
5. Might also crash when opening a single large project
