Editor crashes after closing if Project Settings folder is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Replace the "ProjectSettings" folder with "ProjectSettings.zip" while Unity is on
3. Close Unity
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Expected result: Unity closes.
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0b1.
Not reproducible with: 2017.3.0p1, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.1.2p4, 5.6.5f1.
