Editor crash on "scripting_stack_trace_info_for" when calling Debug.LogException(null)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open mini_repro.zip
2. Open scene "a"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the crash
Expected result: exception thrown - "Assertion failed: Assertion failed on expression: 'exception != SCRIPTING_NULL'" (this was thrown before the regression)
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.0b4
