Editor crash at VFXParticleSystem::RenderMeshIndirectCommand if Sub Mesh Mask receives a float value in the Mesh Output node
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1196114_repro.zip
2. Open "New VFX"
Results: Editor crashes when opening VFX if Sub Mesh Mask receives a float value in the Mesh Output node
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a12 (7.1.1 - 8.0.0), 2019.3.0b10 (7.1.1), 2019.2.11f1 (6.9.2)
