Editing a tile palette that is docked on the side of the screen switches windo context
Repro:
- either download the project liked to bug 1352527 or may your own tile palette
- dock it on the right side of the screen, same side as the Inspector
- using the Selection tool, try to click on the tiles to select them
Expected result: tiles are selected
Actual result: the inspector window is in focus instead
