Dynamic Resolution Rendering error when using Depth of Field in URP
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. Enter Play Mode with Direct3D12
Expected: there are no visible artifacts
Actual: there are visible artifacts
Reproduced in: 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2
