Dynamic resolution broken with custom pass
Context: [https://github.com/alelievr/HDRP-Custom-Passes/issues/32]
Repro steps:
- Download the HDRP Custom Pass repo
- Open the scene "Blur"
- Enabled Dynamic res on the camera and on the HDRP asset (with forced percentage for example)
- Observe scaling issues in the game view
