Dynamic batching doesn't apply to Lightmap Static render meshes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open StairsTest.Unity
2. Bake the lighting in the scene (2 groups of objects are not marked Lightmap Static so will be much lighter in the scene after baking).
3. Run the scene
4. Use the Frame Debug tool to see the batching in the scene.
5. Objects which have use Lightmap Static do not dynamically batch
