[DXC Compiler] "Shader error in 'Unlit/NewUnlitShader': Program 'frag', error: Flags must match us" when using Barycentrics
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2021.2-URP.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Observe the Console log
Expected result: No errors in the Console log and Shader works properly
Actual result: "Shader error in 'Unlit/NewUnlitShader': Program 'frag', error: Flags must match usage. (on d3d11)" is thrown in the Console log
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a17
