[DX9] Changing QualitySettings.vSyncCount via script at runtime breaks canvas UI rendering when using DX9
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure the graphics API is set to Direct3D9
3. Build and run 'test' scene
4. Press 'Space' to change the QualitySettings.vSyncCount value
5. Notice the green UI image disappears (the whole canvas is rendered red)
Notes:
Does not occur in editor.
Does not occur if building with DX11 graphics API
