Crash during ASTC texture compression
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project
2. Go to Scenes -> Sample Scene
3. Generate Lighting
Expected: no crash
Actual: crash in ASTC texture compression
Reproduced in: 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.36f1 (prefabs break), 2018.4.15f1 (objects stop rendering)
Notes: Happens with every single light mapper mode
