DualShock 4 controller connected via Bluetooth behave erratically when it's used by other application
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "DS4Test.zip" from Google Drive (link in the edit)
2. Open the "GamepadVisualizer" Scene
3. Connect DualShock4 controller via Bluetooth
4. Enter the Play mode and observe that controller works correctly
5. Open the https://gamepad-tester.com/ link and press "Test Vibration"
6. Go back to Editor and observe controller behavior in the Game View
Expected result: Controller works correctly
Actual result: Controller works erratically
Reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2020.3.22f1), 1.3.0 (2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a9)
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1 (Project breaks after downgrade)
Notes:
- User noted more applications that trigger this behavior: Sony's official macOS PS Remote Play client and Parsec
- Doesn't reproduce if controller is connected via USB
- Behavior disappears if controller is reconnected
