Dropdown list is not aligned with the Dropdown field in Standalone build when using multiple screens with different resolutions
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("case_1199299")
2. Build and run
3. Press the Dropdown located in the center of the screen
Expected result: the Dropdown list is aligned below the Dropdown field
Actual result: the Dropdown list is not aligned below the Dropdown field
Reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.14f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a15
Notes:
- Reproducible both with TextMeshPro Dropdown and Legacy Dropdown
- Tested with one screen resolution set to 2560x1440 and the other screen (which contains the dropdown) set to any smaller resolution
