Dragging BlendTree into Motion slot crashes Unity
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select 'Dave' BlendTree from under 'ControllerA'
3. Drag 'Dave' BlendTree from Project window over to 'Chuck' property in Inspector.
4. Click 'Delete' when asked about deleting the previous BlendTree.
5. Select 'Chuck' BlendTree from under 'ControllerA'
6. Select 'Dave' BlendTree from under 'ControllerA'
7. Observe the crash
